Crystal received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. She became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist in June 2021. She is passionate about treating pelvic floor dysfunction and perinatal health, as well as general orthopedic conditions.
Crystal specializes in treating pain and injuries to the spine and peripheral joints during pregnancy and postpartum, pelvic floor dysfunctions, including bladder and bowel dysfunction, sexual dysfunctions for both male and female parts, and dysfunctions of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). She also enjoys general orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation and sports rehabilitation. Crystal believes that individualized treatment and compassionate care are the keys to patient empowerment and lasting results.
Outside of work, she enjoys listening to and making music, cooking/baking, traveling, and hiking.
Special interests: All-gender pelvic health, LE biomechanics, ACL rehabilitation, patellar and Achilles tendinopathy, temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ), musicians, dancers, and shoulder rehab.
